Man Talk involves a group of blokes talking over the bbq, but without bbq!
We talk about everything!
Success, failure, relationships, intimacy, fatherhood, communication, anger, conflict, low moods, anxiety, stress, confidence, work, trust, and much, much more.
Man Talk helps blokes to:
- Be the kind of man they want to be.
- Improve relationships
- Get clarity of meaning in life.
- Increase their Emotional Intelligence
- Lower levels of stress
- Have more empathy, compassion and good self care.
- Show up, express themselves and be heard.
- Find better ways to manage conflict with skill and comfort
Man Talk is inspired by the countless number of men who were stuck and did nothing about it for too long.
These are the guys, like you, looking for the right tools in the right space to take action and make lifelong changes.
Man Talk meets fortnightly in Hampton.
It’s a 90 mins session including a short ‘coaching session’ plus lively group discussion, insights, reflections, resources and easy to use materials.
We are beginning Term 2 of the program. We meet from 7pm – 8.30pm. Cost $40
